what we can get from kick boxercise

●learn how to punch,kick , knee , elbow about kickboxing.

●speaking English, Japanese ,Korean a bit ,German (only 1 word)

●get fitcut down weight in a healthy way without expensive supplements which are on

fishy ad like you can burn fat 5kg within 1 week.

  Training is not easy but we can make it fun and enjoyable ,doing with friends.

●make good friends through sports.

#NOTICE#

What to bring: Please wear comfortable shorts or easy to move in sweat

pants (i.e. no jeans). Also please bring cotton gloves thatyou can get from 100 yen shop and a towel. Facility has changing room.

if you have your own gears , it would be great to bring wiz you.

今まで日本、アメリカ、オーストラリア、ベトナム、フィリピン、韓国、フランス、メキシコの方が参加してくれました、楽しく無理のないペースでコミュニケーションを取りながらキックボクシングを楽しんでいます。
